Our kaleidoscope group were fortunate with the weather for their summer picnic!

Following a church meeting discussion what Trinity should do to respond to the threat of climate change, a number of Trinity people joined with tens of thousands of others in the Mass Lobby of Parliament, marching and meeting with their MPs.   The Deacons subsequently established an action group to drive improvements to Trinity's ecological footprint.

Bunker had their annual sleepover at church - looks like supper was good!

We held an evening of amazingly varied international musical entertainment preceded by a cream tea.  A very enjoyable and a very successful event which raised over £1,250 for Christian Aid.

Once again Kaleidoscope provided a fantastic cooked breakfast for Easter morning.  In the process they raised £642 for the Sutton Night Watch!

Then our service was very well attended and included the confirmation of nine young people.

Our Ash Wednesday Supper was a little different this year - and certainly not frugal!  We enjoyed a Kenyan meal...  The supper launched our 2019 Trinity Overseas Challenge, aiming to raise £7000 to support a Christian Aid project helping children affected by HIV in Kenya.  We were joined by Peggy from Christian Aid who presented a certificate acknowledging our achievement last year, and by a group of Muslim friends from the Croydon Interfaith Dialogue Group.
