Confirmation

 

 

People can become members of our church through one of two ways:-

 

• Those who have been baptised can become members through a service of confirmation and reception into membership.  This can be for people of any age from teenage years upwards.  Confirmation usually follows a short period of study and prayer with the minister.  For those who have not been previously baptised, confirmation includes baptism.

• Those who have previously been members of other churches can transfer their membership to Trinity, as we recognise the initiation rites of all other Christian denominations.
