The Christian Meditation Group meets on the last Saturday of the month from 11am to midday in a home near Sutton station.

 

The session includes

• Calming / relaxing music

• A short CD meditation introduction and prayer

• A period of silence of around 20 minutes 

• A final brief prayer read together
