Walk and tea

11.45am  Sunday 11 September

Join us on an easy walk in the Little Woodcote Estate and a visit to the new tea room at the Naturally Thinking herb farm.

We will meet at the back of Trinity Church after the service and will leave at about 11.45am   We will be travelling by car for a picnic lunch in John and Deborah's garden before walking about 2 or 3 miles.

Bring a picnic and we will visit a café for a cup of tea (or for £6 a cream tea!).  There are no entrance charges.

If wet we will cancel.

Please contact John or Deborah Wroe (020 8642 9064 or john.p.wroe@gmail.com) if you would like to come, and please let us know if you can offer any spare seats in your car.

The Little Woodcote Estate was built by Surrey County Council after the 1st World War to provide unemployed ex-servicemen with smallholdings on which to grow vegetables or flowers and to rear animals.  Some of the original buildings are still in use.
