Hall Bookings
We offer halls and rooms for rental at attractive rates and offer a 25% discount for charities and a 25% discount for regular weekly bookings.
Our halls are ideal for children's parties, baby showers, meetings, exercise classes, music practice and tuition and can be booked online.
We now offer free wi-fi in the church and halls.
Please note we cannot permit alcohol on the premises, and we ask that events finish by 10pm (8pm on Saturdays).
Also we cannot accept bookings for teenage parties or from political parties.
Our halls are not offered for hire on Sundays (when we are busy!) or Mondays (when our caretaker gets a chance to rest).

2 Check our conditions
Please read our conditions of hire which include some helpful and important information and which you are required to comply with. We have tried to keep them customer-friendly! Note in particular we cannot accommodate teenage parties, political parties or events with alcoholic drinks and we cannot offer parking.
While Covid prevalence remains high, hall renters are asked to follow, and to encourage their guests to follow, the government guidance. In particular everyone using the halls at Trinity is encouraged to:-

wear face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces

maximise ventilation as far as possible - Trinity will continue to keep external doors open.

if feeling unwell with Covid symptoms, or indeed any other infectious disease, stay at home.

4 Make a booking
One-off bookings can be made online
Online bookings can be made up to 120 days ahead.
Use this link for simple bookings of one hall (optionally with kitchen) on one date. Be sure to check availability first as requests for unavailable dates or times are automatically rejected. Completing the form represents a financial commitment.
