50
Years of Christian Aid Week
To celebrate 50 years of Christian Aid Week, and in line with
the theme of Growing a Future, we have planted a shrub
in the Church Gardens.
Our minister the Revd. Martin Camroux presided over the ceremony
which was held on Saturday 22 April 07. The event was attended
by the Mayor of Sutton and the shrub was planted by Harry Aryeetey,
BBC Young Sports Personality of the year 2005.
